Which of those purposes applies depends on the product and on the purchaser’s own qualifications, licensing and authorization. A purchase is permitted only where the intended use falls within that scope.

2. Regulatory Status

LBS Pro Advanced, LLC does not represent any product as an FDA-approved drug, biological product or medical treatment. Nothing on this website, in product documentation, or in any communication from us is a claim that a product is safe or effective for diagnosing, treating, curing or preventing any disease or condition.

3. Not for Human or Veterinary Consumption

Unless a product’s labeling or documentation expressly states otherwise, products are not intended for human or veterinary consumption or administration.

4. Purchaser Responsibility

The purchaser is solely responsible for determining whether its intended use of a product is lawful and within the permitted scope, and for complying with all applicable federal, state and local laws, regulations, licensing requirements and professional standards that apply to its purchase, storage, handling, use and disposal of the product.

5. No Resale Outside the Permitted Scope

Products may not be resold, transferred or otherwise distributed to any person or for any purpose outside the permitted scope described above. We may decline orders, and suspend or deactivate accounts, where we believe a product is being purchased or used outside that scope.

6. Product Documentation

Certificates of analysis and other product documentation are provided for informational purposes only. They describe testing of the specific lot identified and are not a representation about any use of the product, a regulatory approval, or a substitute for the purchaser’s own professional judgment and obligations.
